 सेवा में प्रधानाचार्य महोदय राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज सोनभद्र  उत्तर प्रदेश विषय-चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र लेने हेतु आवेदन पत्र महोदय, सविनय निवेदन है की प्रार्थी आपके विद्यालय से वर्ष 20XX में कक्षा बारहवीं की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की है। और प्रार्थी आगे की पढाई के लिए महात्मा गांधी काशी विद्यापीठ वाराणसी से BA हिंदी (अनार्स) करने जा रहा है। चूकी मेरी काउंसलिंग हो चूंकि है और मुझे मेरा पसंदीदा कॉलेज में प्रवेश के लिए पंजीकरण पर्ची भी दे दी गई है। मैने संबंधित कॉलेज से संपर्क किया, तो पता चला की मुझे यहां बारहवी तक के प्रमाण–पत्रों सहित चरित्र–प्रमाण–पत्र भी जमा कराना होगा। अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि मुझे जल्द से जल्द मेरा चरित्र प्रमाण–पत्र प्रदान करने की कृपा करें ताकि मैं समय रहते प्रवेश ले सकूं।                                              प्रार्थी
